We are hiring an Information Specialist to organise, curate, and surface information across the business. The role combines research with knowledge architecture — making sure people can actually find what they need.
Responsabilidades principales
Curate and maintain knowledge bases, internal wikis, and resource libraries
Conduct research and synthesise information for internal stakeholders
Develop taxonomies, tagging structures, and metadata standards
Audit content for accuracy, freshness, and gaps
Train teams on knowledge management practices and tools
Partner with subject matter experts to capture and codify expertise
Requisitos indispensables
2+ years in knowledge management, library science, or research-heavy roles
Strong research skills across primary and secondary sources
Familiarity with knowledge tools (Notion, Confluence, Guru, Slab)
Excellent written communication and structured documentation skills
Comfort with taxonomies, search, and metadata
Library science or information management background is a plus
