We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically minded Configuration Specialist to support the setup, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of a software platform used by U.S.-based clients.
Responsabilidades principales
Configure and maintain system modules, forms, permissions, workflows, and business rules. Troubleshoot configuration and software-related issues and identify root causes. Test and validate configurations to ensure they meet requirements and quality standards. Document configuration changes, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Support, and other internal teams. Communicate technical concepts and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Requisitos indispensables
Experience working with software, SaaS platforms, application support, system configuration, implementation, or technical support. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to understand workflows, system logic, and business requirements. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Strong documentation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams. Professional English communication skills. Experience with tools or concepts such as SQL, APIs, JSON, CRM platforms, Jira, or workflow management systems is a plus.
