Senior software engineer (python)

4+ years of experience as a backend software engineer, with a strong focus on Python (Flask) for writing accurate, flexible, and production-ready code. Proficiency in working with PostgreSQL and familiarity with other database systems. Experience in frontend development using React. Strong knowledge of Git for version control. Familiarity with SQL for basic data queries and analysis. Nice-to-have: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for additional data handling and analysis. Proven ability to embrace rapid prototyping within a tight customer feedback loop. Demonstrated interest in taking ownership of major initiatives and driving them to completion. Effective team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills across multiple teams. Excited to learn and improve through feedback from team members.
