We are hiring a Corporate Lawyer to advise on the full range of corporate matters — financings, M&A, governance, securities, and commercial transactions. The role combines deep legal expertise with strong business judgement.
Responsabilidades principales
Advise on financings, M&A, and other strategic corporate transactions; Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements; Manage corporate governance, board materials, and entity matters; Support securities filings and regulatory compliance as applicable; Manage outside counsel relationships and budgets; Partner with business teams on risk-aware deal structuring
Requisitos indispensables
JD with active bar admission in your jurisdiction; 5+ years in corporate law (firm or in-house); Strong drafting and negotiation skills across major commercial agreements; Working knowledge of corporate governance and securities law; Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence; Strong commercial judgement and ability to balance risk with business needs
