Full stack developer

Design, build, and maintain internal web applications used across all departments. Develop full-stack features end-to-end, including frontend, backend APIs, database, and deployment. Integrate internal tools with third-party platforms using APIs, webhooks, and MCPs. Utilize AI in daily tasks and build AI-powered features, ensuring AI is used as a tool layered on engineering judgment. Investigate and resolve production issues, including UI bugs, backend errors, and database performance. Manage features from initial stakeholder request to implementation, code review, deployment, and follow-up. Use Git with branches, pull requests, and code review as the standard workflow. Document architecture decisions, APIs, data models, and internal processes for team scalability. Collaborate asynchronously across time zones with engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
