Ecommerce Sr. Associate Right Balance ® ´ América Latina Engagement Details Our client offers and manufactures grooming products of soap, deodorant, shampoo, and toothpaste with natural ingredients for men. Profile We are looking for an Ecommerce Sr. Associate to support the Growth, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams across web development, product configuration, QA, and project coordination. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working within the Shopify ecosystem, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, performing QA, and supporting ecommerce operations. This is a highly collaborative role that requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams. Core Responsibilities Build and maintain New Customer Offer (NCO) landing pages using Shopify Hydrogen. Configure products, promotions, and assets required to launch new customer offers. Configure and troubleshoot bundles across Shopify and Recharge. Support catalog maintenance, cleanup, and resolve escalated ecommerce issues. Perform manual QA on website releases and new features. Partner closely with engineers throughout testing and release cycles. Coordinate cross-functional web projects from requirements gathering through UAT and launch. Track project progress and communicate updates with stakeholders. Availability: Full-time. What’s in it for you? Able to have a real-time conversation. 5+ years of full-time hands-on Shopify experience. 4+ years of full-time hands-on Shopify Hydrogen experience. 4+ years of full-time hands-on Recharge experience. Experience working with Shopify. Experience with Hydrogen storefronts or modern ecommerce frontends. Experience using Recharge. Experience coordinating web or ecommerce projects. Manual QA experience for websites or ecommerce platforms. Strong communication and organizational skills. Comfortable collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Design teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Haves Experience with product configuration and catalog management. Experience supporting ecommerce operations. Familiarity with Agile environments. Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or frontend development concepts.
